This program includes:

 

- Strength Training 2x/Week with a Team of 4

- Drop in for a 3rd day with a program

- Boxing & Yoga sessions for Self-Defense & Mindfulness

- Accountability with group chats

- Nutrition Assistance

- INBODY Assessments & HR Monitor to track progression in and out of the studio.
