What to expect from this program:

- In person training sessions 2 or 3X/WEEK with a team of 3 others, working with our fitness professionals

 

- An evolving program, adapting as you do, to follow outside of your training sessions

​

- Additional drop-in day for strength training or Yoga

 

- Nutritional guidance and assistance throughout the 12 weeks

 

- Accountability through team chats and daily/weekly updates and reminders...and More!​
