the GOLD STANDARD STRENGTH SERIES (GS3) is a Functional Strength Training program open to all levels!

 

This workout will incorporate Dumbbells, Bodyweight, Plyometrics, and Conditioning. We kick it off with a thorough warmup that'll prep us for weight training & corework, followed by HIIT/Circuit training, and ending with a full body cool down.
