The physical and psychological requirements necessary in your line of work are high. That's why we developed this program, with First Responders/Emergency Personnel in mind, to ensure optimal performance for any impending tasks!
This program includes:
- In person training sessions 2X/WEEK with a team or in pairs, working with our Tactical Strength & Conditioning Specialist
- An evolving program, progressively overloading, to assist in strength & endurance adaptations
- Mobility, Aerobic, and additional Training assignments for in between sessions
- Nutritional guidance and assistance throughout the program
