An 8 week program focused on BUILDING your physical and mental strength, while BONDING with other mothers and our babies, sharing experiences, tips, and creating a motherhood network.

This program includes:
- 8 in-person Sessions/month (2x/week; Tues/Thurs at 12pm)
- A full program to follow outside of the group workouts
- Macro and Nutrition Assistance
- InBody checkins at the start and end of the program
- HR Monitor to track effort and performance
- Safe space with toys, games, and entertainment for little ones
- Group chats for networking, tips, and support for mothers
