These are NOT Classes.
You can create a team of 4 people and book sessions with a trainer of your choice, or join into a pre-scheduled session as you please.
We program our Team Training sessions the same way we would for our 1 on 1 clients, while making sure there’s a sliding scale of modification to give each workout the ability to challenge you, no matter the fitness level!
So it doesn’t matter if it’s you’re a beginner or advanced, young or wise, Team Training is an option for You.

Book a Private 1-on-1 Pilates Reformer Session which focuses on reinforces full body connection, with an emphasis on core strength.
Pilates is for all fitness levels and helps with improving posture, athletic performance, and mobility. It's also a great option for accommodating injuries and restrictions, while enhancing your body's pliability, reducing the risk of injury.
With The Powerhouse Pilates Method, our Pilates Specialist will tailor these workouts to progressively increase the challenge to YOUR body, eventually incorporating, cables, dumbbells, and kettlebells to keep you STRONG & MOBILE.
