My journey into wellness and healing began as a deeply personal quest for my own well-being. Facing my own traumas and inner battles, I turned to yoga and other healing modalities as a path to recovery and self-discovery, which now allows me to connect with clients on a deep and meaningful level.

I’m known for my intuitive ability to read and work with energy, sensing what someone needs and tailoring each session to meet them where they are. My skill set includes sound bath meditation, Reiki, bodywork, sports massage, yoga, Pilates, line dance, and personal and group training, allowing me to address the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of well-being in a truly holistic way.

I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their healing journey. My goal is to offer both guidance and space so people feel empowered, seen, and nurtured every step of the way.
