FLIGHT is our 12-week, coach-led small group training program built for people who want structure, accountability, and real results without doing it alone.

 

You train in a 4:1 client-to-coach setup, follow a progressive plan that builds week to week, and get the JET-style coaching that keeps you moving well, getting stronger, and staying consistent.

It’s the sweet spot between 1:1 and big classes: personal attention + team energy. You’ll be coached on form, pushed at the right time, and supported with a plan that’s designed to create measurable changes in strength, conditioning, and confidence!
