This dynamic group training is designed to elevate strength, build endurance, and ignite your core, all within a supportive, high-energy environment.

 

What to Expect:
Strength-Focused Sessions: Every sessions features progressive compound movements (think squats, presses, pulls) to maximize muscle and functional power.


All Levels Welcome: Our expert coaches provide modifications and progressions, ensuring every person, rookie or veteran, is challenged and celebrated.


Session Details:
Location: JET Roxbury (Nubian Square)
Capacity: 10 max 
Focus: Strength, compound lifts, cardio, core
Format: 50–55 minutes, full-body training, scalable to all fitness levels

A Soca dance session to get you moving and grooving.  Whether you're a dance fitness enthusiast or just looking to try something new, this event is perfect for you.

Cost: Sliding Scale $0-$25 **Honor System. Please select the rate that fits your needs**

We strive to make our offerings accesible for all income levels and so we created sliding scale options in hopes that those who can contribute more will do so.
