With over four years of experience in the fitness industry, an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Health Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a personal training certification from NASM, I have honed my expertise in helping clients of all ages achieve their fitness goals. My specialization lies in strength and functional training.

I have a passionate commitment to delivering exceptional results through personalized, comprehensive programs designed exclusively for your individual needs. I'm here to motivate you and create lifelong changes.  I'm currently a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Pain-Free Performance Specialist.

 

After completing my foundation in fitness, my passion took me further and a year later I received my specialty in Corrective Exercise.  This allows me to ensure proper activation and body mechanics while working towards specific goals.

 

 I enjoy working with clients from different backgrounds, a range of exercise histories and of all ages. When it comes to achieving fitness results, I believe in a holistic based approach. My practice involves not just training our bodies to become stronger, more mobile, and pain free, but also  training the mind to develop new habits, change perspectives, and enhance overall love and knowledge of Self.

My passion is to guide you to become a healthier, happier and stronger version of yourself!  With over 10 years of training experience, working with all ages, demographics, and fitness levels, I'm confident in my ability to help anyone accomplish their goals. 

 

I currently hold certifications in Strength and Conditioning through KG Elite Performance, and qualified through ITEC as a Personal Trainer and sports massage professional.  

In addition to my fitness career, I've also been able to lead and manage 14 gyms across Ireland throughout the past 7 years.  In that time, I've encountered clients and professionals from all backgrounds from sports performance to rehab, allowing me to gain experience that you won't find in a book.

 

All in all, my approach is geared towards making small, sustainable changes to your training, diet and lifestyle, creating a huge effect on how you perform on a day to day basis.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Pain Free Performance Specialist. I’ve worked as a Rehabilitation Aide in a Physical Therapy clinic and value proper form and technique to ensure the safety of my clients.  

I am passionate about helping you develop the strongest and most resilient form of yourself! It is so easy to be consumed by aesthetics and comparisons, but focusing on strength of mind and body will build confidence, sparking genuine love for your body and all it can do.

As a former athlete, my approach is to train my clients to not only achieve the aesthetics they desire, but to move more efficiently and become a more athletic version of themselves!  

 

I believe everyone has the opportunity to experience movement and exercise free of pain while improving their fitness and abilities. My passion for health, wellness, and performance began in 2015 after graduating from college, where I ran track.  Just like I did for my team, my focus in this industry is to make an impact! 

 

Helping people reach their specific goals and increase their confidence is why I do what I do, it’s one of my favorite ways to give back and have a great ripple effect in my community.

After over a decade of Coaching and Training I have learned that every person takes their own approach and path to reaching their goals.

I have experience working with pre and post natal, and also restricted and injured clients, yet my ultimate passion is fusing Strength Training with Pilates sequences through my Powerhouse Pilates programming, leading to my clients being Strong, Mobile, and Pain-Free.

My aim for every session is to inform and guide people on the actions (inside and outside of the gym) that will help reach and maintain those goals. My #1 priority is the health and safety of every client.

Through my experience I have learned that no matter how different the goals may be there is one common denominator,  everyone wants to move better and feel better. I’m truly grateful that my career allows me to be a part of such a positive change in people’s lives.

I've experienced success with clients who's goals include weight loss, flexibility, improving strength, nutritional awareness, and developing a consistent workout schedule.

I'm more than confident with my athletic and educational background, in combination with professional and personal experiences, I can help ANY client reach their goals.

With over 10 years of experience, I've used a variety of training techniques learned through continuing education and other fitness experts to create programs and workouts that are tailored, safe, effective, and specific to each client's goals.

My education includes training certifications through NASM, with a Specialty in Performance Enhancement for Athletes.  Additionally, I've acquired a specialty in Pain-Free Performance, in order to make sure that my clients are not only strong today, but for a lifetime.

Throughout my life, I've played sports while dealing with weight issues. Because of this, I understand both ends of the fitness spectrum and utilize that personal experience to assist with my training approach towards a wide range of fitness levels.

My ultimate priority is to provide high quality, efficient, and effective training while teaching you along the way.  This way, you not only reach your goals, you'll Keep them!
