With over 10 years of experience, I've used a variety of training techniques learned through continuing education and other fitness experts to create programs and workouts that are tailored, safe, effective, and specific to each client's goals.

My education includes training certifications through NASM, with a Specialty in Performance Enhancement for Athletes.  Additionally, I've acquired a specialty in Pain-Free Performance, in order to make sure that my clients are not only strong today, but for a lifetime.

Throughout my life, I've played sports while dealing with weight issues. Because of this, I understand both ends of the fitness spectrum and utilize that personal experience to assist with my training approach towards a wide range of fitness levels.

My ultimate priority is to provide high quality, efficient, and effective training while teaching you along the way.  This way, you not only reach your goals, you'll Keep them!

I strive to help my clients discover a form of exercise that they enjoy. I am NASM certified and find great fulfillment in guiding others to kickstart their own fitness journey. My primary form of working out is weight-lifting and strength training, but I was a competitive tennis player for a good portion of my life and am also familiar with barre and pilates. 

 

I hope to make a difference in my clients’ lives as I assist them in becoming their best selves, both physically and mentally. I understand how daunting walking into a gym can be, and I am excited to work with and educate my clients, so that they can feel comfortable and confident in how to train their body with proper technique and form.

 

Working with people of all fitness levels is something I look forward to, and will be sure to create safe, fun, and effective training programs to increase your strength, hit your goals, and improve your health!

As a former athlete, my approach is to train my clients to not only achieve the aesthetics they desire, but to move more efficiently and become a more athletic version of themselves!  

 

I believe everyone has the opportunity to experience movement and exercise free of pain while improving their fitness and abilities. My passion for health, wellness, and performance began in 2015 after graduating from college, where I ran track.  Just like I did for my team, my focus in this industry is to make an impact! 

 

Helping people reach their specific goals and increase their confidence is why I do what I do, it’s one of my favorite ways to give back and have a great ripple effect in my community.

I have been in the sport and fitness world almost my whole life. As an athlete I played soccer through grade school, college and the semi-pro level and I coached soccer and sports performance training throughout grad school. It wasn’t until after college that I discovered boxing and fell in love with the sport and still compete at the amateur level currently.

 

After a few years in corporate America I found myself back in the fitness world where I became a Certified Personal Trainer through Body Design University and Elite Boxing Fitness Coach with Box n Burn Academy.

 

My goal is to show you that boxing isn’t just for elite athletes looking to step into the ring, boxing can be for any and everyone. It’s a great full body workout that will help with coordination, balance, focus, core stability, muscular endurance, strength, mood, confidence and self-esteem. It’s a fun and challenging change up from your everyday workout routine.

 

I want to help you reach your fitness goals through teaching the fundamentals of boxing, but most importantly I want to help you feel the best you’ve ever felt in the process.  “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

My passion is to guide you to become a healthier, happier and stronger version of yourself!  With over 10 years of training experience, working with all ages, demographics, and fitness levels, I'm confident in my ability to help anyone accomplish their goals. 

 

I currently hold certifications in Strength and Conditioning through KG Elite Performance, and qualified through ITEC as a Personal Trainer and sports massage professional.  

In addition to my fitness career, I've also been able to lead and manage 14 gyms across Ireland throughout the past 7 years.  In that time, I've encountered clients and professionals from all backgrounds from sports performance to rehab, allowing me to gain experience that you won't find in a book.

 

All in all, my approach is geared towards making small, sustainable changes to your training, diet and lifestyle, creating a huge effect on how you perform on a day to day basis.

I was always involved in sports growing up, but once I stopped playing sports I really discovered my love for health and fitness.

 

After many years of planning to go to school for fashion design I realized that working out wasn’t just a hobby for me anymore and that I wanted to help change people’s lives as my career.

I graduated from American Academy of Personal Training in Boston, MA and received my certification through NASM.  Since then, I have been pursuing my dream career.

My goal as a trainer is to completely transform people’s lifestyles. I strive to help my clients become the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves!!

I have found such a rewarding and fulfilling profession in Personal Training. My experience has taught me that every body is different and progress is defined on an individual basis.

 

I have struggled with my very own weight and health issues in the past so I understand the highs and lows of motivation and life. I found that I am able to resonate with many of my clients through my past experiences.  

 

I am NASM certified and I have experience in Mat Pilates, Small Group Training,  and Group Fitness.  I have also worked with Pre and Postnatal  clients as well as post injury. I create programs for individuals based on their specific goals.

 

I love to educate people on exercise and nutrition and learning how we are able to incorporate  it into their lifestyle.

I currently hold a certification through AAPT and NASM, in addition to becoming a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher.

I've experienced success with clients who's goals include weight loss, flexibility, improving strength, nutritional awareness, and developing a consistent workout schedule.

 

Because of this success,
I'm more than confident with my athletic and educational background, in combination with professional and personal experiences, I can help ANY client reach their goals.
