With over 7 years full time experience in the fitness industry, my goal is to use my knowledge to help people maximize their health potential and pursue a long strong life.

I prioritize safety and effectiveness, emphasizing the importance of getting stronger while avoiding injury.

My journey, rooted in a background of sports management and football, evolved into a passion for kinesiology and human physiology through Applied Exercise Science and rugby at Springfield College. Holding certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Personal Trainer (CPT), Olympic weightlifting coach (USAWL1), and Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), I uphold the highest standards of training.
