  • Do you offer small group training? Yes. We offer small group strength training with limited group sizes so you still get coaching, form feedback, and individualized progressions.

  • Where are you located? We have 3 Boston locations: South End and Nubian Square (Roxbury), and Powerhouse (next door to the South End location).
