As a former athlete, my approach is to train my clients to not only achieve the aesthetics they desire, but to move more efficiently and become a more athletic version of themselves!  

 

I believe everyone has the opportunity to experience movement and exercise free of pain while improving their fitness and abilities. My passion for health, wellness, and performance began in 2015 after graduating from college, where I ran track.  Just like I did for my team, my focus in this industry is to make an impact! 

 

Helping people reach their specific goals and increase their confidence is why I do what I do, it’s one of my favorite ways to give back and have a great ripple effect in my community.

I'm here to motivate you and create lifelong changes.  I'm currently a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Pain-Free Performance Specialist.

 

After completing my foundation in fitness, my passion took me further and a year later I received my specialty in Corrective Exercise.  This allows me to ensure proper activation and body mechanics while working towards specific goals.

 

 I enjoy working with clients from different backgrounds, a range of exercise histories and of all ages. When it comes to achieving fitness results, I believe in a holistic based approach. My practice involves not just training our bodies to become stronger, more mobile, and pain free, but also  training the mind to develop new habits, change perspectives, and enhance overall love and knowledge of Self.

 

Regardless of goals, I continue to look forward to working with new people as we elevate your fitness journey to the next level!

Fitness has been a part of my life for over a decade. I started with fitness while playing sports and have been hooked ever since. 

 

When the world shut down in 2020, fitness helped me through those hard times.  It made me stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally.  It also helped with my personal development.  I was 300 pounds and the lifestyle I learned through the pandemic helped me acquire my desired physique.

​

I get joy and find purpose in being able to spread that light, helping clients become the best version of themselves.  Whether it's a desired look, motivation, guidance towards a healthier lifestyle, or challenging them mentally, I approach each goal as if it were my own.

​

I'm currently NASM certified yet I look forward to continuing my education in the areas that excite me and can help others.  My ultimate goal is to be able to better serve my clients, over deliver on value, and make a positive impact.

I currently hold a certification through AAPT and NASM, in addition to becoming a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher.

I've experienced success with clients who's goals include weight loss, flexibility, improving strength, nutritional awareness, and developing a consistent workout schedule.

 

Because of this success,
I'm more than confident with my athletic and educational background, in combination with professional and personal experiences, I can help ANY client reach their goals.

My approach is focused on movement, performance,  and longevity.  Our bodies are made to move. How amazing and released we feel after a great workout vs how anxious and tense we can get when sedentary, is proof of that.

Swimming competitively from the age of 5-18 was the kickstart to my athletic journey, but getting into boxing and studying Exercise Science at Lasell University is what has molded me into the fitness professional I am today.

Coaching my clients to accomplish something that once felt impossible is one of the best feelings in the world.  That is the feeling I strive to have every person I train experience, over and over again.
Breaking the barriers that once were, and then setting new goals to achieve.

My educational background includes certifications from NASM & NCSA, specializing in Performance Enhancement for Athletes and Functional Strength for general population. Furthermore, I've obtained expertise in Pain-Free Performance, ensuring that my clients not only achieve strength and fitness in the present but also maintain it for a lifetime.

Having navigated through sports involvement and weight challenges throughout my life, I possess a unique understanding of various fitness journeys. I leverage this personal experience to tailor my training approach to cater to a wide range of fitness levels.

Above all, my utmost priority is to deliver high-quality, efficient, and effective training while fostering learning throughout the process. By doing so, my aim is not only for you to achieve your goals but to sustain them over a life time.
