I'm here to motivate you and create lifelong changes.  I'm currently a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Pain-Free Performance Specialist.

 

After completing my foundation in fitness, my passion took me further and a year later I received my specialty in Corrective Exercise.  This allows me to ensure proper activation and body mechanics while working towards specific goals.

 

 I enjoy working with clients from different backgrounds, a range of exercise histories and of all ages. When it comes to achieving fitness results, I believe in a holistic based approach. My practice involves not just training our bodies to become stronger, more mobile, and pain free, but also  training the mind to develop new habits, change perspectives, and enhance overall love and knowledge of Self.

 

Regardless of goals, I continue to look forward to working with new people as we elevate your fitness journey to the next level!

We often find ourselves lost without structure and motivation. We often find dieting and working out hard to be part of our lifestyle. I decided to become a coach after realizing how crucial a balanced health and wellness lifestyle was.

My passion is to help you elevate your lifestyle. By meeting your goals specifically within strength, weight-loss, and body sculpting, I can help you believe in yourself.

My background includes being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, taking courses within stress management and being a Pain-Free Performance Specialist.  Additionally,I'm in the process of becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach.  Within my background, my approach is to help you reach long-term sustainable results.

You can accomplish anything you set your mind to and I am excited to help you get there.

With over 10 years of experience, I've used a variety of training techniques learned through continuing education and other fitness experts to create programs and workouts that are tailored, safe, effective, and specific to each client's goals.

I received my personal training certifications through AAPT & NASM with a Specialty in Performance Enhancement for Athletes.  Additionally, I've completed a specialty in Pain-Free Performance, in order to make sure that my clients are not only strong today, but for a lifetime.

Throughout my life, I've played sports while simultaneously dealing with weight issues. Because of this, I understand both ends of the fitness spectrum and utilize that personal experience to assist with my training approach towards a wide range of fitness levels.

My ultimate priority is to provide high quality, efficient, and effective training while teaching you along the way.  This way, you not only reach your goals, you'll Keep them!

I have been in the sport and fitness world almost my whole life. As an athlete I played soccer through grade school, college and the semi-pro level and I coached soccer and sports performance training throughout grad school. It wasn’t until after college that I discovered boxing and fell in love with the sport and still compete at the amateur level currently.

 

After a few years in corporate America I found myself back in the fitness world where I became a Certified Personal Trainer through Body Design University and Elite Boxing Fitness Coach with Box n Burn Academy.

 

My goal is to show you that boxing isn’t just for elite athletes looking to step into the ring, boxing can be for any and everyone. It’s a great full body workout that will help with coordination, balance, focus, core stability, muscular endurance, strength, mood, confidence and self-esteem. It’s a fun and challenging change up from your everyday workout routine.

 

I want to help you reach your fitness goals through teaching the fundamentals of boxing, but most importantly I want to help you feel the best you’ve ever felt in the process.  “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

My approach is focused on movement, performance,  and longevity.  Our bodies are made to move. How amazing and released we feel after a great workout vs how anxious and tense we can get when sedentary, is proof of that.

Swimming competitively from the age of 5-18 was the kickstart to my athletic journey, but getting into boxing and studying Exercise Science at Lasell University is what has molded me into the fitness professional I am today.

Coaching my clients to accomplish something that once felt impossible is one of the best feelings in the world.  That is the feeling I strive to have every person I train experience, over and over again.
Breaking the barriers that once were, and then setting new goals to achieve.
