I’m a fitness coach and yoga instructor dedicated to helping others transform through movement, mindfulness, and resilience. After overcoming a life-altering diagnosis and losing over 200 pounds, I found my purpose in creating a holistic wellness framework built on courage, resilience, and a commitment to self. My journey taught me how to turn pain into purpose, building not only physical strength but also mental and spiritual resilience.
