My introduction to fitness began with movement, first through competitive ballroom dancing, and later as captain of my varsity hip-hop dance team. Over time, that love of movement evolved into a passion for helping others feel strong, balanced, and confident in their own bodies.

With a background in psychology and business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a NASM certification, I approach training through both a physical and mental lens, combining mindful strength work with functional movement and Pilates-inspired control. I blend athletic conditioning with mindful alignment to create sessions that are challenging, intentional, and empowering, building strength that transforms the body while enhancing focus, confidence, and overall well-being.
